Coaching Supported Learning Model
TRAINING
A training session is conducted utilizing collective and interactive teaching methods. The training is designed according to the needs of the target group. Learning objectives are set for each day of the training gathering program, and the content is prepared based on these objectives.
GROUP COACHING
In the initial stage of the training, group coaching sessions are conducted focusing on targeted outcomes. During this phase, participants are provided with an environment for deepening their understanding of the training topics and connecting with each other. Coaching sessions are planned to support learning objectives.
EVALUATION
After the training and coaching sessions, all participants come together for a process evaluation. At this stage, participants also create 'first step' plans to implement the gains they have acquired from the learning process into their lives. This contributes to achieving tangible results in transforming the training into behavior
